The viewpoint Mirador Es Colomer is located not at the very northern tip of the island, but 10 kilometers before it. The view here is breathtakingly beautiful. The sight of the deep blue sea and the rugged cliffs beneath you is priceless.

Afterward, visit Cap Formentor and the lighthouse at the tip of the island. Here you can see wild goats, and on normal days, it can get very crowded. So be sure to arrive relatively early.

The drive up here is breathtakingly beautiful but very winding. Drive carefully and watch out because there are often pedestrians and cyclists in the area.

The two viewpoints Mirador Es Colomer and Cap Formentor are just 10 km apart. If you have enough time, it's best to visit both places as it is certainly worth it!

Admittedly, we love Spanish food and could recommend numerous restaurants all over the island. Here's a colorful selection that serves different delicacies.

Bar Espanya in Palma: What can't be missed in any Spain vacation? Right, tapas. Our tip: Bar Espanya. From the outside, it looks quite inconspicuous, but here you'll be served the most delicious tapas at reasonable prices. Definitely try the Tumbet, a Mallorcan vegetable dish. Delicious!

Kuko GastroBar in Palma: This gastrobar is located a bit outside the city center of Palma but can be quickly reached by bus and is definitely worth a visit. In a relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy delicious drinks and try street food dishes from the menu. Friendly dogs and cool people included.

RIKITO in Palma: Here, you won't find Spanish cuisine, but Italian - yet this restaurant deserves a place in our Mallorca insider tips. The food is cooked with amore, and you can taste it. Super fresh ingredients, homemade pasta, and an unmistakable atmosphere will delight you, we are sure of it.

Sa Fonda in Deià: This café in the heart of Deià is perfect for a quick break and snack when exploring the Tramuntana mountains. Make yourself comfortable on the terrace, enjoy a cold beer, and take in the beautiful views and the special vibe that prevails here.

EAST26 Restaurant in Santanyí: Everything is perfect here: from the food to the service to the decor. There are also some vegan dishes available. This restaurant has stolen our hearts!

Restaurante Ca's Busso in Llucmajor: This small, sweet restaurant is a bit outside but is our secret favorite. You'll sit under a roof of grapevines and can enjoy typical Mallorcan food. Our tip: Try the paella, it is delicious!

Es Guix in Lluc: This restaurant feels like it's come straight out of a fairy tale. Hidden in the Tramuntana mountains, you'll find the restaurant Es Guix, where there's even a small freshwater lake you can swim in. But: Definitely reserve online in advance!
