The opening of the borders is unstable due to the circulation of the Omicron variant, but it is not forbidden to plan one's next holiday. With this in mind, the British website Money has compiled a list of the world's most beautiful luxury hotels.
Although staying in a five-star hotel is not for everyone and not necessarily for every traveller, the architectural prowess of the establishments selected in the Money ranking is worth a look.
The search for the hotels involved analysing over 10 million hashtags associated with luxury hotels and shared on the social network Instagram.
Dubai's Burj Al Arab Jumeirah tops the list
The only self-proclaimed 7-star hotel, the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai is the world's most beautiful luxury hotel with almost 2,500,000 hashtags associated with it.
A tour of the hotel is available for the curious, provided they pay around 94 euros. At the end of the tour, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the views from inside the tower as well as one of the hotel's suites.
The Soneva Jani Hotel, located in the Noonu Atoll in the beautiful Medhufaru Lagoon, came second in the ranking, followed by the Bellagio in Nevada, the Plaza in New York and, in fifth place, the Beverly Hills Hotel in California.
