Central Park

In Central Park in New York, the foliage is particularly beautiful and autumn in the Big Apple's most famous park is one of the things to see at least once in a lifetime. Those who have the chance to travel outside the Big Apple can visit the Catskills, a few kilometres outside New York, where you will be dazzled by a red so red it looks artificial.

Camargue

In Camargue, France, the shades of red on Maguelone Island are famous, whose glowing trees are reflected in the flat water of the lagoons. A spectacle not to be missed.

Tuscany

Italy also has its autumn pearls. The Sienese hills and Tuscany in general turn into an autumnal watercolour in autumn, but also the Alps, the beautiful Val di Funes and Alta Badia become postcards of melancholic charm.

Montenegro

If you are travelling to Montenegro, one of the most beautiful places to visit is Lake Skadar, one of the largest lakes in the Balkans. Located partly in Montenegro and partly in Albania, the one belonging to Montenegro is part of a Protected National Park, from here you can travel to discover mountains, medieval monasteries and small towns.

Bled, Slovenia

Any season is the right season to visit Lake Bled in Slovenia, but in autumn you have an extra reason: the colours of the foliage make this place beautiful, not to mention the fact that you won't have the crowds of tourists that there are in summer. Here you can see spectacular castles and medieval churches against the backdrop of the Julian Alps. There are many activities to do in this area such as hiking, kayaking and canyoning.

But what are the best places to visit in autumn? In Morocco, the sun is still shining in November and prices are relatively low compared to the high season. Throughout Central Africa the autumn period is perfect, with warm and dry weather.
